We have a special treat for chocolate lovers this Easter weekend as we welcome award-winning chocolatier and chef David Greenwood-Haigh Fih.
David will be at Raby Castle hosting a series of workshops teaching visitors how to make their very own bar of chocolate.
Choose from a wide selection of ingredients, spices and aromas and learn all about how to pair flavours from international chocolate consultant David, founder of local company Coeur de Xocolat.
Make your own bar to take home. All of the chocolate used will be Fairtrade and organic and you will have the choice of white or dark chocolate. There will be 100g bars for adults and 45g bars for children.
Places are limited and must be booked in advance. Tickets are £15 for adults and £7 for children and include access to the Park and Gardens on the day of the event. There are 3 workshops per day at 10:30am, 1pm and 3pm. Each workshop will last approximately one and a half hours.
Please note that each child must be accompanied by an adult.
The Workshops will be in the Riding School in the Coach Yard which is undercover, but please do dress warmly.
