Enjoy the stunning scenery and woodland walks at High Force this Summer Holiday. Take a stroll through the woods to the Waterfall, enjoy an ice cream from the kiosk at the High Force Hotel and call into the High Force Hotel before for a drink, snack or some lunch during your visit. Car parking charges can be redeemed with a spend of £10 or more in the Hotel.
Forest School at High Force – Friday 23rd August 3-5pm
This session will take place in beautiful woodland with a stunning view near High Force. It will be led by qualified Forest School Practitioners and will give families an opportunity to spend some quality and relaxing time in nature. Weather permitting there will be campfire and marshmallows to toast. Tickets should be booked in advance online to guarantee a place. Both children and adults require tickets. This ticket also gives you access to the waterfall and includes car parking. Children £10, adults £2. Recommended age 4 years and over.

High Force Hotel Summer BBQs – Every Friday from 12th July to 6th September, 5-8pm
Welcome the start of the weekend with us at High Force Hotel for weekly Summer BBQs set in the beautiful backdrop of the Upper Teesdale countryside. The menu will feature locally sourced produce and cocktails, mocktails and locally sourced craft beer will be available. Tickets can be purchased on the day at £9.95 per adult and £6.50 per child (under 12).
