This route takes you down the same gravel path to the waterfall, then leads you back through a variety of terrain, including uneven ground, several steps, and a peaceful woodland trail. A small fee of \u00a315 per dog applies, and if you let us know at the time of booking, we\u2019ll add some \u2018doggie treats\u2019 to your room ready for your arrival. Please note, this is managed by an external company and there is a charge to use the car park, unless you are staying at the Hotel overnight.<\/p>\n Prices are \u00a34 for 4 hours, \u00a36 for 6 hours or \u00a312 for 24 hours and tickets can be purchased at the ticket machine or at the Hotel. The magnificent fall gradually reveals itself and you can really appreciate the power of the water as it hits the plunge pool.<\/p>\n North Pennines Outdoor Mobility offers a network of Tramper hire sites to explore the North Pennines National Landscape and UNESCO Global Geopark. At certain times the gate leading from the viewing gallery down to the water’s edge may be closed for visitor safety.<\/p>\n We ask visitors never to enter the water for any reason. The water levels can change suddenly and without warning, the current is extremely powerful.<\/p>\n Please keep to the footpaths at High Force. We are lucky enough to be situated in a recognised North Pennines National Landscape, in addition to which, Natural England have designated much of our site a SSSI, this means a site of Special Scientific Interest. As custodians we are tasked with protecting the site and it\u2019s sensitive nature and wildlife.
