High Force Hotel

“I just wanted to let you know what a fantastic time we had at the weekend! We were staying at The High Force Hotel with friends for our 36^th wedding anniversary & it was absolutely wonderful. It is a beautiful, welcoming hotel with gorgeous rooms, very comfy bed (almost too comfortable as I didn’t want to get up!) and delicious food…. what a fine breakfast!! 

However what makes the place exceptional is the high standard of service from such a delightful team of staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the waterfall walks, then went on to Raby Castle & a bonus that there was the Classic Car Show on!

“Had a great stay at High Force Hotel, the staff were wonderful, really helpful, friendly and offered great service. The food in the restaurant was 10/10, superb, we had the soup and the rib of beef. We don’t normally have soup but is was superb. The rib was really tasty, the gravy was rich and served with vegetables and for pudding we had home made sticky pudding again 10/10. Stayed in room 8 which was extremely clean and well presented, bed was really comfy. I book around 60 hotels per annum and this place is going into in my top 3, ever. Highly recommend if you are in the area.”
