Group Visits
High Force makes a lovely day out for a group visit. Enjoy a leisurely wander down through our beautiful woodland trail to the magnificent waterfall. Hear the roar of the water as it plunges over the clifftop into the River Tees below. With plenty of photo opportunities and space to sit within view of the falls, soak up the sights and sounds of this incredible natural wonder.
Admission to High Force Waterfall is £2.50 per adult and £1.50 per child. Group admission rates can apply to 16 or more people visiting. Parking charges apply for cars, minibuses and coaches.

Also on site is the High Force Hotel, which serves delicious, home-cooked food all day, from breakfast, snacks and lunches right through to evening meals in a relaxed setting – group bookings can be accommodated if you would like to include this in your plans.
If members of your group require accommodation, we have ten individually designed guest bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower or bath, complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities and biscuits, toiletries, quality towels and bed linen and a television.
Why not combine a trip to High Force with a visit to Raby Castle? Located approximately 30 minutes drive from Forest in Teesdale is one of England’s finest medieval castles. Home to Cecily Neville, mother of two kings of England, it was also the scene of the plotting of the Rising of the North and a Parliamentary stronghold during the Civil War.
Today, Raby is the seat of Lord and Lady Barnard and the Vane family. It is also home to an impressive range of art, textiles and furniture from England and Europe dating from the 17th to the 20th Century. Come and enjoy an exciting day out exploring the Castle and Deer Park.
