Some say journeying through perimenopause is ‘a bit like going through puberty backwards’. For many, on top of the daily pressures of being female, this time can feel like an uphill struggle. We’d like to invite you to switch off, take a breath and armour yourself with tools to make peri and postmenopausal a smoother ride. Not only that, coming together with a community of women who know exactly what you’re going through can be incredibly nurturing and uplifting.
We’ve invited yoga teacher, breath work coach and soon to be physiotherapist Georgie, to take you through a rejuvenating session of movement and breath, alongside an educational talk on how stress busting techniques can help you harness some of those symptoms.
