An Equine Past
Part of the Grade II* listed building has been repurposed to tell the story of the castle’s history giving you an insight before you head further with a display of items, tack and family trees.
Upper Teesdale Estate
The 18th-century Coach House exhibition features an audio-visual projection which introduces you to the sights, sounds and magnificent landscapes of the Raby Estate in Teesdale including High Force Waterfall onto a bespoke carved oak eight-metre table made of estate oak, giving visitors a taste of the wildlife in Teesdale. You may recognise the special voice behind the vision, local Matt Baker MBE.
