Join Nuala on 29th March for a nourishing morning of yoga, breathwork, intention setting and community, held in the serenity of Raby Castle’s very own private yurt.
Aligned with the energy of the full moon, this 2-hour immersive practice invites you to pause, reflect, and attune to the lunar cycle. Full moons are a time of illumination, clarity, and release – an opportunity to shed what no longer serves you and step into the next chapter with intention and balance. Together, we’ll connect with this potent Pink Moon lunar energy and harness it to nurture body, mind, and spirit.
What to Expect
This is a yang-to-yin journey, designed to flow with the rhythm of the full moon:
✨ Yang Flow – Begin with a dynamic, energising yoga sequence, awakening vitality and movement in the body, and channelling the rising energy of the full moon. Fluid transitions and steady breath set the tone for openness and awareness.
🌿 Yin Practice – Gradually soften into grounding, reflective yin postures. This is your space to slow down, tune inward, and release tension, creating depth and stillness in mind and body.
🌬️ Pranayama – Guided energy breathwork to balance, harmonise, and clear space within your system, supporting clarity, focus, and intention-setting.
🌙 Yoga Nidra – Conclude with a deeply restorative guided meditation. Plant seeds of intention and align with the full moon’s transformative energy, integrating body, mind, and spirit.
After practice, linger for tea, coffee & nibbles, and enjoy time to connect, reflect, and transition gently back into your day.
This is a spacious, soulful morning – movement, breath, stillness, and community, held under the quiet, potent magic of the coming full moon.
Tickets are priced at £25pp and are booked directly through Nuala via her website www.nualaflows.com. You can also contact her with any questions or queries at nualaflows@gmail.com. Spaces are limited so book early to avoid disappointment!
