Hot Cross Bun Masterclass

Grab your apron and roll up your sleeves…Estate Chef Tom Parry will lead a demonstration in the Medieval Kitchen and guide you to make your own traditional Hot Cross Buns just in time for Easter.

Whilst the buns are left to rise and bake enjoy a Castle tour with one of our wonderful guides followed by tea or coffee and a freshly baked Hot Cross Bun.

Please bring along your favourite mixing bowl, an apron to wear and a box to carry your half a dozen beautifully baked Hot Cross Buns home.
