As twilight falls, venture out on an exclusive guided tour of the Deer Park, set in the shadows of the magnificent castle. Experience the powerful and mesmerising roars of the stags during the rut, a natural spectacle that echoes through the park’s ancient woodlands. This unique evening blends culinary delight with nature’s raw beauty, offering an experience unlike any other.

I just had to write to tell you about our evening with you at “roaring stags”, it was truly magical. Your staff are so passionate, caring, knowledgeable and friendly – absolute stars all of them.

The food your chefs produced was of the highest standard, delicious, my standouts were the beetroot, pear and of course the venison, all cooked to perfection.

Then our adventure into the night, the stags were amazing, Raby Castle in the moonlight was stunning. The fun and camaraderie on the trailer was not forced, it just flowed.

This event takes place outdoors, in the hours of darkness. Please dress appropriately for poor weather and bring a torch.

Deer are wild animals, and we cannot guarantee rutting activity will take place during the tour.

Depending on the weather and location of the deer, the tour may be on foot or by vehicle. Please dress for uneven terrain and wet weather.

Tour will start after dinner and will take approximately 60 mins.
