Highlights include restored 18th-century yew hedges, the historic White Ischia fig tree, and modern features like a grass amphitheatre. Deer Park

Spanning 200 acres of scenic parkland, Raby’s Deer Park is home to free-roaming red and fallow deer. Visitors can enjoy peaceful walks, wildlife spotting, and the calming beauty of nature. Open daily, it’s an ideal family-friendly destination for outdoor adventure and nature appreciation.

The Plotters’ Forest

The Plotters’ Forest is an immersive woodland playground for children aged 4 to 12. Set within a Christmas tree plantation, it features treetop tunnels, musical instruments, and creative play areas that encourage outdoor exploration in a natural environment.

Garden Trading in The Conservatory

Make sure to head to Garden Trading in the beautiful Conservatory located within the stunning 18th century Walled Gardens with views of the castle.

Indoor and outdoor furniture, pots, homeware accessories and tableware from the Garden Trading collection will be showcased, alongside some of the latest spring and summer 2026 pieces which are all inspired by modern country living with effortless style.

Utilising the Conservatory’s stunning views of the castle, a Garden Trading showroom will be created featuring the range of products, moving from a stylised utility, dining room and indoor living space to bistro tables and outdoor living.
