Hours: Seasonal, we are looking for people that can mainly only work weekends but can also assist during Events and school holiday periods.
Rate of Pay: Competitive depending on experience and age. (Above NMW)

About the Role
Whether you’re looking for your first role in food manufacturing or you’re already experienced in production, this could be an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and upgrade your skills.
As a Production Operative, you will play an important part in the production of our freshly prepared sandwiches and afternoon tea service.
Working as part of a team, you’ll help ensure products are prepared, assembled and packed to the required quality and food safety standards.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
This list is not exhaustive, and you will be required to carry out any other reasonable tasks as required.
Your Duties will include
- Preparing and producing freshly made sandwiches.
- Working efficiently as part of a busy production line.
- Preparing ingredients and assembling products to specifications.
- Packing and labelling finished products.
- Carrying out basic quality checks.
- Following company food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures.
- Keeping your work area clean and organized.
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
- Following instructions and maintaining high standards throughout your shift.
